Each practice has its own portal address, so you need the link your therapist's office sent you.
Search your inbox for the practice's name. The link looks like portal.leaddash.io/theirname. Check spam too.
Many practices put a client portal or sign-in link on their own site.
They can resend your link in a moment. This is the quickest route if the first two come up empty.
